THE ADULT DAY PROGRAM IS PROUD TO OFFER:

  • A safe & secure licensed facility

  • Respite for working families & caregivers

  • West Valley & Mission College access

  • Older Adult Education programs

  • Daily exercise

  • Healthy lunch & snacks provided daily


RATES:

  • We provide financial assistance based on an income sliding-scale starting at $85/day and lower.

  • Scholarships are available for those with limited source of income.

ADMISSION:

  • Participants must complete our admissions packet, which are available on location.

  • Participants are required to submit a completed physician‘s report & TB test.
