Welcome to the Saratoga Adult Care Center!

Who are we?

The Saratoga Adult Care Center was founded in 1987 in order to meet the needs of an aging community.

Since then, we have continued to provide award-winning licensed care to the older adults living in the West Valley area. We pride ourselves on offering the best evidence based activities and programs designed to keep our older adults healthy, happy, and engaged in the community!

What are the hours?

The ACC provides supervised adult day care Monday - Friday, from 10am to 3pm
Extended care hours* are available upon request from 9am to 5pm

What does it cost?

Daily rates for Private Pay participants range from $85 - $120 per day.

Eligible participants that fall within Santa Clara County’s income limits are eligible to participate for Free up to 5 days a week, and can receive Free transportation to and from the ACC.

Veteran Community members that receive care through the VA may also be eligible to participate for free.

What do we offer?

  • Our Center is a licensed facility, designed to keep participants safe and able to engage in supervised activities, programs, games, and exercise.

  • Every day, our participants receive a fresh hot lunch and snacks throughout the day planned specifically to support their nutrition needs

  • Our Caregiving staff is fully trained to provide hands-on care and support to older adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other disabilities.

    Our trained staff also provides personalized support with ADL’s and IADL’s such as eating, toileting, and mobility, ensuring each participant’s comfort and dignity.

  • Our daily schedule features evidence-based activities that promote participants cognitive health, help maintain their physical ability, and support emotional well-being

  • Designed to combat isolation, our program encourages social interaction and a vibrant sense of belonging among participants.
